Where does a homosexual nature come from?
Normally one does not sit down considering
"Which gender shall I take to?". If you are straight, you can ask yourself
the question whether or not you ever have considered and chosen to go for
the
opposite gender. Normally sexual inclination
comes from an interaction between environment and genetical constitution.
A mistake people make when they try to make
a judgement whether or not to support homosexuality is that they confuse the
coming out of a gay person with his or her inclination. Coming
out is a conscious act of will. Sexual inclination or nature is not. Some
people recognize homosexual nature may not be a choice but a homosexual lifestyle
is. They claim that the latter is not necessary. This then is religiously
motivated.
